For help with your account, app access, assessments, videos, drill plans, programmes, or privacy requests, email harry@elench.ai.

Please include your account email address, organisation or team name if applicable, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.

Account access

HitWizard accounts are usually created and managed by a coach, team, academy, or organisation. If you cannot sign in, contact your coach or organisation administrator, or email support for assistance.

Using HitWizard

HitWizard supports baseball coaching workflows including athlete profiles, swing assessments, video analysis, drill plans, programmes, notes, and coach-athlete communication.

If camera, microphone, photo library, or notification features are not working, check that the relevant permission is enabled in iOS Settings.

Privacy and deletion

To request account deletion or access to personal information, email harry@elench.ai with the subject HitWizard account deletion.
